Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gauge clients’ mental health needs, and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Engage in goal-setting discussions with clients to help them identify therapeutic objectives and facilitate meaningful progress in their mental health journeys.

• Integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, dependent on clients’ preferences and goals.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client sessions, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
