Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews to understand the unique dynamics and challenges faced by clients and their families.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, offering immediate support to clients in distress and developing safety plans to address urgent challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in case management and coordinate care with other healthcare providers when needed to ensure comprehensive treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing emotional and relational difficulties. Qualifications\n
