Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of couples and families to identify their emotional and relational needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic counseling to clients by employing evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), that are proven to facilitate healing.

• Implement effective therapeutic interventions that enhance communication skills, resolve conflicts, and promote healthy interactions among family members.

• Document client progress meticulously, ensuring treatment goals are clearly outlined and adjusted as necessary based on ongoing evaluation of clients' responses.

• Engage in interprofessional collaboration with healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to deliver comprehensive care tailored to the needs of our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Wholehearted Healing, you will work with a diverse client population ranging from couples seeking to improve their relationships, to families navigating complex dynamics, including parenting challenges, separation, and grief. You will be equipped to address a variety of emotional health concerns, ensuring that every family and couple receives the support necessary for growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unencumbered state license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
\n
• Strong foundational understanding of clinical theories and therapeutic frameworks relevant to marriage and family therapy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a particular focus on active listening and empathy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
