Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans that align with the best practices of marriage and family therapy.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, providing ongoing individual, family, and group therapy sessions to facilitate healing and growth.

• Document session details meticulously, ensuring that client records, treatment reviews, and case notes fulfill company policy standards while fostering accountability.

• Provide high-quality customer service that enhances client satisfaction and fosters a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Demonstrated capability in creating and managing treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and clinical case notes.

• Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families to address complex mental health issues.

• Comfortable working with a wide variety of clients, including those from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

• Successful candidates must be able to pass a background check.
