Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients, focusing on therapeutic strategies tailored to the needs of each family member and couple.

• Assess client needs through clinical interviews and psychological evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans based on these assessments.

• Provide guidance for various issues, including but not limited to, alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, family dynamics, and relationship conflicts.

• Implement evidence-based family counseling practices to address challenges such as communication difficulties, blended family adjustments, and separation or divorce-related stress.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records while ensuring compliance with administrative policies and HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to strategize treatment modalities and share insights on patient progress.
