Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health to develop effective and individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Providing one-on-one therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques that foster personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Collaboratively setting therapeutic goals with clients and consistently tracking their progress to foster accountability and motivation.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development and contributing to the improvement of treatment methodologies through shared knowledge and experiences with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including both adults and children/adolescents who are facing a wide range of mental health issues. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Maryland.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience practicing within the mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
