Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify mental health diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, maintaining a caseload of approximately 25-30 client visits per week.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes, treatment plan reviews, and follow-up assessments, in accordance with Wellmore's clinical guidelines.

• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to empower clients to reach and surpass their personal goals.
\n
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care by collaborating with case managers, families, medical professionals, and educational staff to support comprehensive client healing and service delivery.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and ensuring that therapeutic goals are aligned with their expectations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Wellmore Health Center, you will work with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families, many of whom are navigating challenges related to mental health, substance use, and relational dynamics. Your understanding of the nuances of systemic family therapy and cultural sensitivity will be critical in fostering strong therapeutic alliances and facilitating effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or a related field) is required.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
