Work Environment\n

This remote position provides the flexibility for you to manage your schedule while ensuring availability to clients during regular business hours. Your typical workweek will span Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., optimizing your work-life balance while contributing to meaningful therapeutic relationships. Utilizing telehealth technology, you will deliver care that adheres to professional standards while fostering a sense of connection with clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms experienced by clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address client symptoms.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatments, and self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as required to ensure effective care.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to promote integrated treatment strategies.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in mood disorders to enhance treatment methodologies and client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
