Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture a trusting, therapeutic rapport with clients to facilitate effective counseling.

• Lead individual and couples therapy sessions through a range of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be counseling individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license is required to practice in Pennsylvania.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
