Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental and emotional well-being of clients.

• Creating tailored treatment plans in consultation with clients to address their specific needs, concerns, and goals.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions through secure virtual platforms, addressing a wide variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Leading couples therapy sessions focused on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationship dynamics.

• Regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to promote effective outcomes.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliant documentation.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care and coordinated services for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a varied clientele, including adolescents, adults, and couples facing diverse challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) through the relevant State Board.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy, both individually and with couples.

• Strong skills in completing assessments, writing treatment plans, and timely documentation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, alongside proficiency in using electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, the following experiences will be considered advantageous:

Compensation and Benefits\n
