Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with patients, creating a safe space for open communication.

• Diagnose a variety of mental health disorders utilizing evidenced-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient’s unique needs, ensuring cohesive strategies that promote their mental well-being.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to engage patients effectively.

• Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Your role will directly impact diverse groups, including individuals, couples, and families facing challenges related to mental health disorders, relationship issues, trauma, and other life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Active, unrestricted State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Exemplary organizational skills and excellent time-management abilities to balance clinical duties and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms to conduct remote therapy sessions effectively.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Proven success in building client rapport and managing diverse client caseloads.

Compensation and Benefits\n
