Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of clients and provide personalized short-term psychotherapy interventions.

• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on integrated strategies that include crisis intervention, brief therapy, supportive therapy, and skills training.

• Effectively utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records to manage care and documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including consulting with licensed psychologists and psychiatrists, to develop effective treatment plans that meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate written records of therapy sessions, compile reports, and communicate with external agencies as permitted to gather relevant information.

• Demonstrate ongoing clinical competency through participation in team meetings, departmental planning, and quality assurance activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Veterans Crisis Intervention, Inc., you will work closely with a diverse client population, primarily consisting of veterans and their families experiencing mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and dual diagnosis disorders. Your work will focus on providing culturally competent services and ensuring clients receive holistic care tailored to their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D in Pennsylvania.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of two years of experience in psychotherapy service delivery, demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
