This position is fully remote, offering a modern telehealth platform that allows you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home. Our clinical practice prioritizes flexibility, enabling clinicians to curate their caseloads between 10 to 30 billable hours per week. We ensure that you have the tools and technology needed to deliver high-quality care while also encouraging collaborative interactions through virtual consultations as well as opportunities for in-person group meetings.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to identify mental health needs using the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), under the supervision of licensed psychiatrists and psychologists.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and addiction.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, supportive therapy, and couples counseling aimed at improving client outcomes.
\n
• Make informed determinations regarding levels of care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive appropriate support as per their unique needs.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and communication with social agencies, schools, and other parties with client consent.
\n
• Actively participate in clinical team meetings to review complex cases, quality management practices, and collaborative treatment planning.

• Utilize best practices in behavioral health service delivery, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and employer standards.

• Stay current with advancements in therapeutic techniques and contribute to staff training and development initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona or equivalent licensure (e.g., Psy.D).

• A Master’s or Doctorate in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of direct psychotherapy experience, demonstrating strong intervention and assessment skills.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques, experience in crisis intervention, and familiarity with integrated healthcare environments will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
