Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and deliver short-term psychotherapy services to clients, employing innovative therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, addressing a variety of mental health disorders.

• Implement crisis interventions and develop treatment plans that encompass case management, assessment, and ongoing therapeutic support.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including licensed psychologists and nurse practitioners, to ensure comprehensive care delivery and participant safety.

• Document therapy sessions, outcomes, and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide referrals for additional services as necessary, ensuring that each client receives the highest standard of care.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Psy.D in the state of Washington.

• A master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in telehealth delivery and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing services within a community health context, especially for diverse and underserved populations.

• Familiarity with a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.

• Knowledge of crisis management procedures and ability to implement appropriate interventions swiftly.
