While most services are conducted remotely, you will also have the option to participate in team consultations both online and in person.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy for clients, ensuring high-quality care tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities in therapy sessions, fostering an environment of healing and client engagement.

• Conduct clinical assessments to determine levels of care and urgency of client needs, providing appropriate interventions including crisis management, family therapy, and couples counseling.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, facilitating effective communication with the clinical team and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Participate in interdisciplinary consultations to develop treatment plans and contribute to case reviews focused on quality assurance and improved patient outcomes.

• Offer educational resources and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions and available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client base comprised of individuals and families grappling with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in providing psychotherapy and counseling services.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records to facilitate patient care.

• Experience in working with diverse populations and addressing multicultural issues in therapeutic settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
