Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations utilizing the latest DSM under the supervision of seasoned psychiatrists and psychologists.

• Engage in short-term psychotherapy sessions via telehealth, employing various therapeutic modalities suited to individual client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and supportive therapy, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments of client urgency and needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to create effective treatment and care coordination strategies, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, making reports, and communicating with relevant stakeholders such as social agencies and relatives, with client consent.

• Participate in clinical team meetings and quality management activities, sharing case insights and best practices to continually improve service delivery.

• Facilitate various therapeutic approaches, including skills training, family therapy, and couples counseling, tailored to clients facing mental health or dual diagnosis concerns.

The clients you will serve include individuals and families experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to complex dual diagnosis disorders. Qualifications\n

• An active LMFT license or Psy.D. to practice in the state of Washington.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services, ideally with some exposure to both in-person and telehealth delivery systems.

• Proficiency in managing electronic health records and utilizing telehealth platforms effectively.
