Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home. Communication is key, and you will have access to online therapy platforms, case management software, and various telehealth tools to facilitate effective therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate mood disorders and relationship dynamics, including the intensity and duration of relevant symptoms.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique needs and therapeutic goals.
\n
• Apply evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) during therapy sessions.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and essential self-care routines to promote mental well-being.
\n
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to coordinate integrated care and advocate for clients' overall mental health needs.

• Maintain documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards regarding patient confidentiality and care quality.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending case consultations, team meetings, and training sessions.
\n
• Advocate for mental health awareness and against stigma within the community to empower clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with individuals, couples, and families who are coping with issues related to divorce, relationship conflicts, and other significant life transitions. You will leverage various therapeutic techniques to foster understanding, communication, and healing among clients, ultimately working towards sustainable solutions and healthier relationship dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A completed Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, a nonjudgmental attitude, and genuine compassion toward clients' experiences.

• Proficient organizational and time-management skills to maintain a balanced workload and provide timely documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities including structural, systemic, and narrative family therapy.

• Background in counseling clients dealing with divorce, family dynamics, and relationship issues.

• Familiarity with treatment for mood disorders and evidence-based interventions aimed at improving mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary that ranges from USD 52,000 for part-time positions to up to USD 100,000 annually for full-time therapists, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Our extensive benefits package includes:
