Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health concerns, particularly focusing on symptoms related to mood disorders and relationship challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy to facilitate healing and growth.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies, empowering them to actively participate in their treatment journey.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes and provide responsive care.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, enhancing multidisciplinary communication.

• Maintain accurate documentation consistent with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance in all paperwork.
