This position offers a fully remote work setting, fostering an adaptable work-life balance. By alleviating administrative burdens, we enable our therapists to concentrate fully on their clients and therapeutic practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client mental health needs.

• Provide short-term psychotherapy services using evidence-based interventions tailored to clients' individual circumstances.

• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, with a focus on mental health and dual disorders.
\n
• Utilize telehealth platforms for the delivery of all client services, coupled with opportunities for remote or in-person group consultations with peers.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention and develop treatment plans addressing immediate and long-term care needs.
\n
• Collaborate with a team of licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, and physicians in a multidisciplinary setting to enhance client care.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including written therapy records and progress reports.
\n
• Actively participate in the clinical team discussions to improve quality assurance and care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidates will work with a diverse range of clients presenting with various mental health issues including depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and dual diagnosis conditions. Therapists will have the opportunity to implement tailored therapeutic interventions and support individuals and families through critical mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Psy.D to practice in Arizona.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy services.
\n
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities applicable to individual and group therapy.

• Experience in crisis management and implementing care coordination strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
