Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification issued by a state board; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong ability to make evaluations, treatment recommendations, and implement individualized care plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, a sympathetic nature, and the ability to connect with clients effectively.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology and electronic health records to facilitate therapy sessions and client communication.

Preferred Experience\n
