Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Concentra, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ensuring effective client engagement and progress.

• Managing ongoing treatment and documentation of sessions, including progress notes and treatment updates, to maintain comprehensive client records.

• Facilitating crisis interventions when needed, ensuring client safety and well-being is prioritized.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to refer clients to additional resources and support services when necessary.

• Participating in regular supervisory consultations to ensure excellent service delivery and continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of adults who may be facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field is required, with a preference for master's level qualifications.

• A strong clinical foundation and proficiency in intake assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• A clean disciplinary record with no sanctions from licensing boards in any jurisdiction.
