This role offers an entirely remote work environment, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible schedule. You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week, providing you the freedom to prioritize your own work-life balance. All consultations are conducted via telehealth, with opportunities for collaborative meetings either virtually or occasionally in person to support team dynamics and professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using the latest DSM guidelines under the supervision of licensed psychologists and psychiatrists.

• Provide short-term psychotherapy services through various modalities including but not limited to individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients in distress, developing immediate therapeutic strategies to stabilize their mental health.

• Design and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients, ensuring alignment with best practices in evidence-based therapies.

• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records for seamless documentation and client tracking.
\n
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the overall care provided to clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely records, preparation of reports, and communication with outside agencies with client consent.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will primarily serve veterans and their families, who often deal with unique mental health challenges such as PTSD, depression, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise.
