Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Provide clinical psychotherapy services for adults, utilizing evidence-based practices and particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Engage in collaborative care, interfacing with educational institutions when needed to address the broader context of the client’s challenges.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development training to continually refine clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily includes school-aged children and young adults, many of whom present with anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Therapists will have the opportunity to work closely with these individuals, helping them navigate challenges linked to academic stress, social dynamics, and family issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's-level degree from an accredited university in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.

• Possession of an active therapy license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) valid in California, allowing for unsupervised provision of mental health services.

• A clean disciplinary record free from complaints or actions from any licensing board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
