This position is designed as a flexible, remote role, accommodating both full-time and part-time schedules. Our team members enjoy the freedom to manage their caseloads, which typically involves 10-30 billable hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for clients, utilizing the most current editions of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) under appropriate supervision.

• Develop individualized treatment plans which may include various modalities such as case management, psychotherapy, and group interventions.

• Deliver psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups, employing evidence-based practices tailored to meet client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, and counseling, focusing on stress management, substance abuse, couples therapy, and family dynamics.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other health professionals to assess treatment efficacy and adjust care plans based on clinical needs.

• Document all therapy sessions meticulously and maintain up-to-date, accurate client records using electronic health records systems.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with licensed psychologists and nurse practitioners to ensure quality client care.

• Participate in team meetings focusing on quality assurance and clinical best practices, contributing to the continual improvement of our service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
