Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your chosen environment. Our practices leverage advanced telehealth platforms, enabling you to connect with clients effectively. We understand the importance of professional support, offering virtual meetings for team collaboration and group consultations. Our administrative team handles all non-clinical tasks, allowing you to focus predominately on providing exceptional care. With no on-call requirements, this role allows you the freedom to manage your time and caseload, typically ranging between 10-30 billable hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations for clients, utilizing the latest edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), while operating under the supervision of licensed psychologists and other qualified professionals.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, families, and groups, focusing on mental health and dual-disorder challenges.

• Engage in crisis intervention, short-term therapy, and supportive counseling, applying diverse therapeutic modalities such as skills training and family therapy.
\n
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client histories. Communicate with relevant agencies, schools, and family members (with client permission) to gather pertinent information.

• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary clinical teams to assess, plan, and refine treatment strategies, review challenging cases, and ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and participate in regular clinical team meetings, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing within the organization.

• Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment and telehealth methodologies, applying this knowledge in your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families dealing with various stressors. Our patient population also includes clients with dual diagnoses, necessitating an understanding of both mental health and substance use conditions. Your expertise will facilitate positive outcomes for clients, promoting recovery and resilience in a safe and nurturing environment.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) recognized in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of a master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing direct psychotherapy services with clients.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records for efficient service delivery and documentation.

• Experience with specialized populations, including those experiencing dual diagnoses, which will enhance your ability to cater to our diverse clientele.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a strong theoretical foundation in psychotherapeutic practices.

• Demonstrated ability to provide crisis intervention and effective skills training to clients requiring additional support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and a sign-on bonus for new therapists joining our team.
