This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions via secure digital platforms, while still fostering close collaboration with our in-house multidisciplinary team members. Although administrative duties can be performed from home, you will still be actively engaged in consultative and strategic meetings to enhance client care. Flexibility in scheduling is also an important aspect of this role, as you will be required to accommodate clients' busy schedules, which may include some evening and weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to effectively understand client histories, strengths, and challenges.

• Provide one-on-one therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Implement therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to guide clients toward recovery.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans with clear measurable goals and interventions aligned with clients' mental health objectives.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to client care.

• Lead therapeutic groups, psychoeducation seminars, and support sessions that facilitate community and engagement among clients and their families.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning in urgent situations to ensure client well-being.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

As an LMFT at Barchester, you will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and unresolved trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applicants with various levels of experience, candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in mental health or outpatient therapy settings will be preferred. Additionally, familiarity with teletherapy tools and practices will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n
