Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and deliver short-term psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups experiencing mental health challenges.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to successfully address a wide array of clients' needs, from crisis intervention and brief therapy to couples and family counseling.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists and nurse practitioners, to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes while maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines.

• Participate in regular clinical consultations and team meetings, contributing to discussions on case reviews and quality assurance protocols.

• Stay informed on the latest mental health developments, adapting therapeutic approaches to incorporate innovative best practices and research findings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals dealing with a spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license to practice in the state of Washington.
