Clinicians can establish their own caseload, typically ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week, and work from the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for clients using the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) under the supervision of licensed professionals.

• Provide short-term psychotherapy and counseling for individuals, families, and groups, addressing various mental health challenges and dual disorders.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the needs of our diverse client population, including crisis intervention, skills training, and couples counseling.

• Assess client treatment plans and make necessary adjustments in urgency and level of care to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals within an integrated healthcare model to facilitate a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, preparing reports and communications with relevant parties like schools and social agencies.

• Participate actively in team meetings, quality management activities, and collaborative consultations to uphold clinical excellence.

• Stay informed about developments in mental health practices, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
