Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be entirely remote, allowing you to provide services from the comfort of your home or any location that suits your lifestyle. Our platform utilizes telehealth technology, ensuring seamless interactions with clients. You will have the freedom to manage a caseload that balances your personal and professional life, with expectations set between 10 to 30 billable hours per week. All interactions and therapy sessions will be conducted using industry-standard telehealth protocols, and we facilitate regular consultations with peers, either remotely or in person.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and provide targeted short-term psychotherapy, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual client needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities in individual, couple, and family counseling sessions.
\n
• Implement case management practices and perform diagnostic assessments in line with the latest DSM guidelines.
\n
• Collaborate closely with licensed psychologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care integration.
\n
• Facilitate crisis interventions, and manage urgent therapeutic needs, developing immediate action plans as necessary.
\n
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.

• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to quality assurance initiatives to enhance clinical practices.
\n
• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health treatment methodologies and incorporate best practices into your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population that includes veterans and their families, who may present with various psychological conditions, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and dual diagnoses. Your therapeutic approach will emphasize an understanding of the unique challenges faced by this demographic, utilizing trauma-informed care principles to guide your interactions and therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license to practice in the state of Arizona, or possession of a Psy.D.
\n
• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of hands-on experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting, preferably with veterans or military families.
\n
• Proficient use of telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based practices related to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).

• Background in working with clients experiencing dual diagnoses.
\n
• Motivational interviewing and skills training expertise.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 75,000 – 125,000, commensurate with experience.
