This position is 100% remote, allowing for maximum flexibility and a customized work schedule. Clinicians can determine their caseloads, with the capacity to handle between 10 to 30 billable hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

The responsibilities of the LMFT will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting diagnostic evaluations to determine the needs of patients and develop effective treatment plans.

• Providing psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, addressing a range of mental health issues and dual diagnoses.

• Utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver high-quality services while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Implementing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Engaging in crisis intervention and developing safety plans when required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT with Veterans Crisis Intervention, Inc., you will primarily support military veterans and their families, who may be dealing with various mental health concerns ranging from PTSD and depression to family-related challenges and addiction issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid LMFT license or equivalent (Psy.D) in the state of Arizona.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing psychotherapy services.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in providing teletherapy, working with veteran populations, and familiarity with crisis intervention strategies will be given preference.
