Work Environment\n

This position offers the convenience of a fully remote work setting, allowing clinicians to balance their professional responsibilities with personal commitments effectively. Clinicians in this role have the flexibility to determine their caseloads, typically managing between 10 to 30 billable hours each week based on their availability and client needs. All interaction with clients occurs through telehealth platforms, facilitating a modern and efficient therapeutic approach. While remote consultations are standard, there are opportunities for staff to participate in optional in-person group consultations, enhancing teamwork and community support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, including risk assessments and the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Providing individualized psychotherapy services for clients with mental health and dual-diagnosis disorders through various modalities, including family therapy, couples counseling, and group interventions.

• Utilizing telehealth technologies for client sessions and maintaining detailed electronic health records to track progress and treatment effectiveness.

• Collaborating with other interdisciplinary team members, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care and addressing urgent client needs effectively.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, and supportive therapy to foster client resilience and improve mental health outcomes.

• Engaging in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development to maintain high practice standards and enhance clinical expertise.

• Participating in team meetings and quality management initiatives to contribute to organizational improvement and client care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on serving veterans and their families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including PTSD, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Therapists will be equipped to work not only with individuals but also with diverse groups, families, and couples affected by these challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LMFT license or Psy.D in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of a master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of experience providing psychotherapy services in clinical settings.

• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and electronic health records to create seamless client experiences.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 75,000 – 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
