Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and deliver short-term psychotherapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities appropriate for individuals, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including supervision by licensed psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care tailored to each client's clinical needs.

• Provide therapeutic services that address a spectrum of mental health issues, with a focus on crisis intervention, brief therapy, stress management, couples therapy, and family therapy.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to conduct sessions while maintaining accurate records within electronic health records systems.
\n
• Determine appropriate levels of care for clients, coordinating additional psychiatric services as needed, and ensuring timely responses to urgent client needs.

• Engage in clinical consultations with interdisciplinary team members to support assessments and decision-making processes effectively.

• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical skills and service delivery standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on veterans and their families, many of whom face unique mental health challenges related to their military experience, including PTSD, anxiety disorders, and depression. You will engage with diverse individuals from varied backgrounds, providing tailored support that respects their personal histories and cultural contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A valid License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psy.D to practice in the state of Florida.

• A master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant psychotherapy experience, with demonstrated ability to provide effective clinical interventions.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
