Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, offering the flexibility to create an ideal work-life balance that meets your needs. Clinicians are provided with the autonomy to determine their own caseload, which typically comprises between 10 to 30 billable hours per week. All client services are delivered via telehealth, maintaining convenience and accessibility while providing comprehensive therapeutic support. Staff members are also encouraged to engage in group consultations, either remotely or in-person, to foster teamwork and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Provide effective short-term psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on various therapeutic modalities such as crisis intervention, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and family therapy.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to manage therapy sessions, ensuring effective communication and care delivery.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including licensed psychologists and nurse practitioners, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure the best outcomes for clients.

• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and keep accurate and secure records of therapy sessions, evaluations, and treatment plans.

• Participate in continuous education and training to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at our facility, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and dual diagnoses. We aim to deliver compassionate support that empowers clients to cope with their circumstances, overcome challenges, and achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Possess a valid LMFT license to practice in the state of Florida.

• At least two years of direct experience providing psychotherapy services.
\n
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
