Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the underlying issues affecting patients' mental health and relationships.
\n
• Facilitate communication among family members to address conflicts, strengthen relationships, and address various concerns such as grief, job stress, and medical issues.

• Offer specialized support in situations involving alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, blended families, and transitions like separation and divorce.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community resources, and family members to create and implement effective treatment plans.

• Your caseload will include working with both adults and child/adolescent clients, providing you with a broad spectrum of experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse array of clients, including couples seeking to improve their relationships, individuals coping with grief or addiction, and families navigating complex dynamics. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must possess the following credentials and skills:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, active LMFT license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills in family systems therapy and a strong commitment to professional ethics.

• Ability to build rapport with clients and establish a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Compensation and Benefits\n
