Work Environment\n

As a remote-enabled outpatient facility, our therapists enjoy the autonomy to manage their caseloads, typically comprising 10-30 billable hours weekly. Our administrative team takes care of all non-clinical tasks, allowing you to concentrate on patient care without the burden of unnecessary bureaucracy. We provide telehealth services while also facilitating opportunities for remote or in-person group consultations amongst staff to enhance collaboration and professional learning.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations utilizing the most recent editions of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), under the supervision of licensed psychologists or psychiatrists.

• Provide individualized short-term psychotherapy, case management, treatment planning, and psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s specific needs.
\n
• Support clients in distress through services such as crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, stress management, and couples or family therapy.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, participating actively in clinical meetings to assess treatment effectiveness and propose necessary adjustments.
\n
• Document client progress meticulously, maintain accurate clinical records, and communicate with relevant stakeholders, with client consent.
\n
• Engage in continuous education to maintain a high level of clinical expertise and apply best practices in behavioral health services.
\n
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively, ensuring the delivery of quality mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LMFT will involve working with a diverse client population facing mental health issues and dual disorders. You will offer your expertise to individuals, couples, families, and groups in need of comprehensive mental health support. Qualifications\n

• Active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D to practice in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating competence in various treatment modalities.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential for effective service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
