Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health needs and establish tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide one-on-one therapy for individuals grappling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
\n
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and psychoeducation, addressing common themes that resonate with the group.

• Develop and execute personalized, evidence-based treatment strategies incorporating client strengths and measurable objectives.
\n
• Deliver crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning, while connecting clients with necessary emergency resources.

• Advocate passionately for clients' rights, assisting them in navigating healthcare systems and accessing community resources effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and secure client records, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, meeting both ethical guidelines and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Please demonstrate prior clinical experience in social work, ideally within a mental health context.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We also offer a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan options.
