Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services to assigned clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, conducting both in-office and community-based sessions.

• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and interventions, assessing client progress regularly and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Create a welcoming and trusting environment, establishing rapport with clients to facilitate open communication and effective treatment.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated healthcare delivery, which includes regular communication with family members and other service providers.

• Conduct screenings and assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate services, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills, share knowledge and maintain alignment with organizational objectives.

• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and documentation standards, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) for efficient management of client information and care pathways.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Prosper Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
