Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify behavioral health needs and establish client goals.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that include individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care, share insights, and ensure cohesive support for all assigned clients.

• Engage in case management, advocating for resources such as housing, employment assistance, and social services that enhance client well-being.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, providing interventions for mental health emergencies and collaborating with appropriate local resources.

This position will primarily involve providing support to a diverse clientele, including families facing mental health challenges, individuals dealing with trauma, and veterans in need of specialized care. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
