Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Hollow Haven Counselling, your specific responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized, group, and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of your assigned clients.

• Conducting family and child counseling that meets established medical necessity and DSM V diagnostic criteria, ensuring effective treatment interventions.

• Developing and facilitating psycho-educational groups, parenting classes, and other supportive resources as required by our community clients.

• Completing comprehensive client case materials, including program forms and statistical data, to monitor progress and ensure continuity of care.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation and timely reporting for assigned clients, in adherence to all organizational policies and contractual obligations.

• Achieving billing targets through efficient management of deliverable therapeutic hours as per established guidelines.

Your role will primarily serve a diverse population, including children and families facing mental health challenges. By employing tailored intervention strategies and evidence-based practices, you will guide clients through various issues such as anxiety, depression, familial conflicts, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
