Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing various therapeutic methodologies tailored to individual needs.

• Manage a caseload of at least 25 clients, providing consistent support and therapeutic interventions to facilitate their recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to effectively address symptoms and improve client outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other healthcare professionals, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress within our EHR system to maintain compliance and ensure high-quality client care.

• Stay current with industry trends and treatment modalities through ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele served by our detox center includes adults aged 18 and older, many of whom come from diverse backgrounds and face varying mental health challenges. You will work closely with individuals dealing with substance use disorders, offering empathetic support and tailored interventions that empower them towards recovery and emotional well-being. Experience with LGBTQIA+ and men's mental health populations is valued, as we aim to foster an inclusive and understanding environment for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active LCSW license in the State of Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.

• Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals aged 18 and older.
\n
• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proficiency in CBT and Psychodynamic Therapy methodologies.

• Experience working with minority and diverse populations; familiarity with the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
