As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Prosper Behavioral Health, you will play a critical role in supporting children and families through their developmental challenges. This full-time remote position allows you the flexibility to make a meaningful impact from the comfort of your own home, while actively engaging in the essential care provided at our detox center. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children and families to identify areas of need and develop effective intervention plans.
\n
• Engage actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring each family’s unique goals and challenges are addressed.
\n
• Monitor and assess outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure the effectiveness of strategies and interventions.
\n
• Provide essential support and resources to families, helping them navigate the challenges associated with their child's development.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations while administering evaluations and assessments.
\n
• Develop strong rapport with children and families to create a supportive and nurturing environment conducive to learning.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices in crafting joint plans with families for skill development.
\n
• Implement the IFSP for enrolled families, making recommendations on service frequency based on comprehensive child development assessments.
\n
• Equip families with information, skills, and strategies to enhance their child's developmental progress.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching methods to facilitate the learning processes.
\n
• Adhere to all health and safety standards, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and the individuals we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Our comprehensive Children’s Services program aims to foster physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills in children, providing much-needed support for families during critical early years. Your insights and expertise will directly influence the well-being and future potential of these young individuals.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure by the Department of Public Health, with a valid LCSW status.
\n
• A valid driver’s license to facilitate any required in-person visits.
\n
• A proven ability to adapt to diverse learning styles, meeting the individualized needs of each child and family.

Preferred Experience\n

Although not mandatory, the following experience would enhance your application:
