Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Prosper Behavioral Health, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, setting clear goals and interventions to guide their therapeutic journey.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment to clients facing acute psychological distress, establishing safety plans when necessary.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for all client interactions in accordance with ethical and legal standards to ensure effective follow-up and continuity of care.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions to enhance community support and engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
