Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments to understand the unique needs of children and families.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring strategies to fit each family's needs.

• Monitor and document progress, engaging with families to adjust plans based on developmental milestones and family priorities.

• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations, particularly those affecting early intervention services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
