Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of clinical and progress notes, adhering strictly to departmental policies to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to design and implement individualized treatment plans for each student, incorporating psychosocial assessments and evidence-based social work interventions.

• Consult and engage with families and support systems to assess treatment needs, contributing to effective discharge planning and continuity of care.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with students, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique needs and circumstances, and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Utilize appropriate tools and methodologies to perform continuous evaluations of patient progress, ensuring that treatment goals are being met and adjusting strategies as needed to improve outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of professional social work experience, particularly in clinical settings.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Current Associate or Licensed status with the Board of Behavioral Sciences, or progression towards it.

• Possess exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing documentation and billing hours efficiently.

• Self-motivated with an ability to proactively initiate actions related to patient care and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in school settings or with children and adolescents in a clinical capacity can enhance your candidacy.
