Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality clinical support to clients experiencing mental health challenges, conducting assessments and offering brief, evidence-based interventions.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct therapeutic sessions via telehealth, utilizing appropriate technologies and methodologies to ensure effective communication and engagement.

• Coordinate with external agencies and family members to ensure continuity of care, facilitating necessary referrals and linkages to additional services.

• Participate actively in the development of team strategies to improve service delivery, including data collection and analysis to assess program efficacy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of sessions, assessments, and treatment plans to meet organizational standards and ensure compliance.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, providing immediate support and resources to clients in distress.
\n
• Monitor client progress, ensuring timely adaptation of treatment strategies to meet changing client needs.

• Take on an on-call role to provide assistance during designated hours, ensuring clients have access to support when needed.

You will primarily work with individuals in the community who are dealing with significant mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value our team members and offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
