Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals seeking detoxification and stabilization, many of whom may be experiencing co-occurring disorders. Our patient population includes diverse backgrounds with varying mental health challenges, thereby requiring a compassionate and culturally competent approach. As part of your caseload, you will assist clients in setting realistic treatment goals that promote healing and long-term wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience in mental health settings, with specialization in psychotherapy.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
