Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for new patients, which involve gathering patient history, discussing current mental health status, and analyzing their needs to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to deliver effective interventions that meet each client's specific requirements.

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all patient records are up-to-date and accessible for treatment reviews.

• Collaborating on a multidisciplinary team with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care through regular case meetings and peer reviews.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, therapeutic options, and community support services, promoting understanding and involvement in the client’s treatment journey.

• Continuously upgrading your professional knowledge through research and participation in training sessions that focus on recent developments in the field of mental health.

You will work with a diverse client population, encompassing various demographics, cultural backgrounds, and presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Hold an active and valid LCSW license in the state of Colorado.

• Require a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services in a relevant setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
