Work Environment\n

This role is predominantly remote, with scheduled hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Flexibility is important, as occasional evening shifts, rotating weekends, and on-call availability may be required to address immediate mental health needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for students, identifying their unique needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans focused on improving emotional well-being and supporting integration into the school environment.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, to facilitate emotional regulation and personal growth.

• Collaborate effectively with teachers, speech and occupational therapists, and other professionals to deliver holistic care that addresses all aspects of a student's well-being.

• Offer crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.

• Educate students and their families about mental health issues, resources, and coping strategies tailored to their specific situations.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress, adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities to share knowledge and improve service delivery.

• Stay informed about current laws, regulations, and best practices in mental health and education.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with students who have special needs, providing targeted support for conditions such as ASD, ADHD, emotional disturbances, and learning disabilities. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in Texas.

• Experience in delivering therapeutic sessions for diverse populations, utilizing various therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of post-licensure experience in a clinical or educational setting, ideally working with children or adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
