This position is designed for the flexibility and modern needs of our clients and staff, as the work setting is completely remote through telehealth. Our clinic operates from Monday to Saturday, offering clinicians the independence to craft their own schedules while ensuring critical patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, families, and groups to understand their unique situations and determine appropriate treatment interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and integrate various modalities as necessary to meet patient needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner, adhering to ethical and departmental standards.

• Engage in ongoing communication with other clinical staff to discuss patient progress and collaborative care efforts, participating in meetings and case reviews to enhance interdisciplinary strategies.

• Provide case management services by coordinating with community resources and professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients, also helping families navigate available support systems.

• Address a variety of psychosocial issues, applying clinical knowledge to respond effectively to the evolving needs of the patient population.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base consists of diverse individuals, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in helping clients develop coping strategies, process trauma, and improve overall functioning in their daily lives. Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted clinical license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating your ability to provide effective therapy and support.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; however, a Master's Degree is preferred for advanced positions.

• Commitment to offering therapy services for a minimum of 5 to 40 hours a week depending on your availability and desire to grow your caseload.

Compensation and Benefits\n
