Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients primarily via video conferencing, ensuring a therapeutic alliance through empathic listening and effective communication.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active and unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on your experience and credentials.
